PLAYABILITY: Footwork - increasing your steps, and stabilization.
MINDSET: Determination - keeping your focus, and intentional workflow.
Hopefully no rain, looks good so far. No practice this weekend there is an event at the courts. Please bring water, towel(s) and hat. Sunscreen if you are smart. A shirt change during the middle of workouts is needed.
NEW - Absolutely No Parents On The Courts. Practice may or may not go over 15-30minutes. Show up about 15minutes early. Get a head start on stretching and light-jogging. If there is a balance of time grab a bucket of balls and practice on your serve. Or focus on volleying with someone (to increase your eyesight and ball feel).
