PLAYABILITY: Core Tactics - pick 3 items and incorporate/scale them into your game.
MINDSET: Discipline - while fighting the good fight, maintaining a focus diet/style.
Soft chance of rain. Stay posted, check daily. Please bring water, sunblock, towel(s) and hat. A shirt change during the middle of workouts is needed, and another at the end (don't be nasty).
NEW - Absolutely No Parents On The Courts. Practice may or may not go over 15-30minutes. Show up about 15minutes early. Get a head start on stretching and light-jogging. If there is a balance of time grab a bucket of balls and practice on your serve. Or focus on volleying with someone (to increase your eyesight and ball feel).
